Children’s fares count as ½ guest toward the tour escort credit. Tour escorts travel on an open share basis. Traveling companions sharing a room with the tour escort will be charged the applicable group rate. Single accommodations for the tour escort are subject to availability and tour escort will be charged the single supplement. Tour escorts will be withdrawn if the group falls below 15 guests on the same tour due to cancellations or changes. Form of Payment We accept agency checks, or agency VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. Late Booking Requests All reservations requested 30 days prior to departure are on a space available basis and will be charged a $25 administrative per person. Cancellations Masala Cruises must be notified in writing of all cancellations immediately. All cancellations received within 46 days prior to departure are subject to the following cancellation penalties: Up to 46 days prior to departure date 50% of gross tour price, or $500 pp, whichever is greater 45-31 days prior to departure date 75% of the gross tour price Within 30 days of departure date 100% of the gross tour price *There will not be any refund for guests who fail to join the tour. Exclusive Motor Coach Occupancy Exclusive motor coach services can be requested & provided. Any additional costs for exclusivity will be reflected in the per person rate quote. 3rd party tours such as Denali Park tours can not be provided as exclusive.
